This project involved completing a sustainability upgrade of this existing dwelling along with attaching a small bedroom extension and internal renovation.

Radially sawn Silvertop ash cladding
Extensive reglazing of existing single glazing with high performance double glazing to existing window and door frames.. Thermal modelling required for the energy rating demonstrated a 220% improvement in glazing insulation performance which has been supported by anecdotal evidence from the homeowners.
